Tree planting and felling (FOI-3621)

Please find below your questions and the Council"s response.
The number of trees planted 1 April 2018 - 5 April 2019, including species breakdown, age of tree planted, location of planting, and money spent on planting these trees. If possible I would appreciate information on whether it was a tree planted to replace another tree that was previously removed, or whether it was an additional tree.
Number of trees which have been planted 2018 - 2019
1st April 2018 - 5th April 2019 - 574 Additional New Trees cost Highways:Type A:£156,750, Type B:£81,000, Type C: £32,000 ; Parks £37,000; Housing £65,450
1st April 2018 - 5th April 2019 - 156 Replacement Trees (Highways) £117,000
Type A - 12 - 14cm Heavy Standard
Type B - 14 - 16cm Extra Heavy Standard
Type C - 20-25cm Semi Mature
Total trees planted :730
1 April 2018 - 5 April 2019: The number of trees felled, including the species, age of tree, size of tree, reason for felling (arboriculturalist or ecologist"s report if possible), location and cost to fell.
Number of trees which have been removed which were either dead, dangerous or diseased which posed a health and safety issue.

Average Cost of small Fell and grind: £135
Average Cost of medium Fell and grind:£310
Average Cost of large Fell and grind: £550
Total trees felled : 431
