Please could you send me:
- How much section 106 money the council has received over the past 2 years (divided into two periods of 12 months to allow for a comparison between year one and year two).
- How much of this money has not been spent.
The Council’s Response
The information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as information easily accessible in the public domain.
Section 21 Information accessible to applicant by other means
Information is to be taken to be reasonably accessible to the applicant if it is information which the public authority or any other person is obliged by or under any enactment to communicate (otherwise than by making the information available for inspection) to members of the public on request, whether free of charge or on payment. This is an absolute exemption.
Details of all payments received under CIL and Section 106 Planning obligations for the dates you have requested are available to search on the Council"s website. We have provided the website links below.
