Re: Freedom of Information Request.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 22 October 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

 

You requested the following: 

I would also like to request a list of live planning enforcement cases showing the address of the site in breach and the nature of the breach. Please note I am only asking for the address of the site and the nature of the breach and as such there should be no conflict with personal data. In my view I believe this is within the requirements of Freedom of information Act.

The Council’s Response

The information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.  Section 21 (2a) states that information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant (even if it is accessible only on payment) is exempt. This is an absolute exemption.
