Re: Freedom of Information Request.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 31 October 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

 

You requested the following: 

We write in connection with the enclosed Community Infrastructure Levy Notice issued in connection with the above planning application. We require a full copy of the Council"s file held in relation to the calculation of the Community Infrastructure Levy charge that demonstrates which areas were included and excluded in calculating the total charge in the enclosed Notice. This should include internal and external correspondence, attendance notes, calculations and all notes that demonstrates how the charge was calculated. We do not require copies of the documents available to the public on the Planning Explorer pages of the Council"s website.

Please accept this letter as a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

 

The Council’s Response

Please find the screenshot of our Exacom system in which the CIL calculation was conducted. There are no other emails or recorded communications on file relevant to this request, other than documents already issued to the requester through normal processes.

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please write to the Information Management Team and this will be dealt with through our Internal Review procedure.
