Re: Freedom of Information Request.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received on 29 November 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

You requested the following:

We are about to embark on a large 3-year project exploring how parents organise work and childcare. We expect that reaching fathers will be particularly difficult and thus hope you are able to share the details of any groups you are aware of in your area which offer "Dads" meet ups/sessions. Ideally I am looking for the organisation name and email address of those offering "Dads" sessions. This may include children"s centres, libraries etc.

The Council’s Response

We can confirm that we do not grant fund for any group that work on this theme and this is currently our main source of info on activities for the sector.
