Unfortunately the information you request is not in an easily retrievable format nor is there an automated mechanism that would allow us to easily collate the required data.
The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate limit and fees) Regulations 2004 has set the appropriate limit as £450 based on a charge at £25 per hour. Section 12 of the Act states that the council is not obliged to comply with a request of information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
We are unable to fulfil your request within the time limit as we do not have the means of searching by this specific criteria.
4. The overall number of comments received by resi*****nts and other non-statutory stakehol*****rs in each ward in relation to consultation on any Full Regulation 19 Publication of Local Plans or similar.
The representations received on the Regulation 19 Version of the Council"s Local Plan can be viewed from the following link: https://hackney.gov.uk/lp33-exam

We would like to confirm that the London Borough of Hackney holds this information. This information is exempt un*****r Section 12 un*****r the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as it is has estimated that it would take longer than the appropriate hours (i.e 18 hours) un*****r Act to provi***** the data.
EXEMPTIONN
The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004 has set the appropriate limit as £450 based on a charge at £25 per hour. Section 12 of the Act states that the Council is not obliged to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the costs of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
The appropriate limit is represented by the estimated cost of one person spending 2½ working days (or 18 hours) in *****termining whether the Council holds the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information requested. Consequently the Council is not obliged to respond to your request un*****r the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The information requested is of a broad nature and as such, the Council would need to examine each individual inspection report for the years requested to extract the information. which would involve over 4500 reports. Furthermore, it is unlikely to be easily retrievable and the complaints and service requests would need to be collated from archived information and require Officers having to go through these records.
It is consi*****red that to process your request would require consi*****rable technical expertise and time, significantly more than the FOI limit.
In this case, your request has been refused, as the information is not all available electronically and is not held in one place as part of a structured filing system.
You may submit a refined request but this will be treated a new Freedom of Information Act request.
