Disrepair information (FOI-546)
12 July 2018 Dear All I am hoping that you will be able to assist me. Since the beginning of the year, we have seen quite a sharp rise in the number of disrepair claims being received, some of which are from Solicitors that we
ve not dealt with before, and they are based all over the country. Most of the claims are on CFA basis. Please can you tell me if any of you are experiencing the same issue and if so, would you mind telling me how many cases you have received since April 2018 and if they are from solicitors you have not heard of before? We have recently received 2 cases from Antony Hodari who are based in Manchester, and we
ve not dealt with these before. Any assistance you can give would be most appreciated, and I would be happy to share any data with yourselves if required. Kind regards
Thank you for your email.
