The Council’s Response
1. Does your Council have a temporary structure register available to the public? (if yes) please provide the web URL or outline how this information can be viewed?

We do not have a temporary structure register.
2. What CIS/CRM system does your council record the information on.
Information on applications for temporary structures is stored on a database called M3. This is commonly used by Local Governments.
3. What documentation does company/supplier have to provide to obtain a temp structure license?
The information required from the company/supplier includes:
The owner"s details; the erection period; the structural calculations and design.
The Council does not have a report that can pick out the information you requested and the information is exempt under the following sections:
- Section 11 (3) Not reasonably practicable to comply with any preference expressed by the requester in making their request.
- Section 1 (1) Information not held in the required format at this time.
- Section 40(2) Personal data of a third party is exempt if its disclosure to a member of the public would contravene one or more of the data protection principles
Appeals & Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please reply to this email and this will be dealt with through our Internal Review procedure.
Your request should be submitted to us within 40 working days of receipt by you of this response. Any request received after this time will only be considered at the discretion of the Council.
If you are still not satisfied following the Internal Review, you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner"s:
