The Council has considered S21 of the FOI Act 2000. A public authority is only obligated to publish the top three tiers of senior management within the Council. The majority of the information you have requested is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act. Section 21 (2a) states that information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant is exempt. Millbrook Healthcare Ltd is the current contracted provider
d: When is the contract due to be re-tendered?
This is a 3-year contract which began on the 01/08/2018 and will end on 31/07/2021 however there is a 1 + 1-year option to extend. The contract will be retendered by 01/08/2023 if both options to extend are taken.

The contract covers residents living in the London Borough of Hackney

The contract end date is on the 25 Feb 2022. We are currently reviewing options for the future provision of this service and do not currently have a contract date for re-tendering.
