You requested the following: 

I would like to request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. According to the NHBC insurance company, Hackney Council carried out the building control regulation for the construction of flats at 46 - 48 Palmers Road, E2 0TD. Please can you provide all documentation of the controls carried out? The building was completed around 2008

 

The Council’s Response

The information you have requested does not appear within the Hackney Building Control records.  It is possible the development may have been registered under a different address.
