You requested the following: 

I would like to request a Freedom of information request in regards to an alleged planning breach under reference 2020/0062/ENF. My request is for information and or any correspondence that led to the assumption of there being a breach

 

The Council’s Response

In response to your FOI request, we can confirm that on the 26/02/2020 our Planning Enforcement Team received the below information:

“Made a solid built of 10m in the back garden and rented out as offices.” [sic]
