FOI: Council home build costs in Hackney (FOI-1141)
Customer
Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please provide me with the average (mean) build cost of a home
built for ownership by the council? (that is, excluding land prices) Or if
that is not available or accessible for less than the statutory maximum
cost to be incurred, any guide prices that the council maintains as
guidance on how much the average (mean) build cost of a home built for
ownership by the council should cost?
Kind regards,
Message from Hackney Council
