I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I would be interested in any information held by the local authority regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify particular files or documents, and it is the departments' responsibility to provide the information I require. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.

I am requesting a list containing the name of each Care Provider currently approved under the local authorities Supported Living Framework Agreement. I would like this information to be emailed back to me in electronic form.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I also ask to please release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal a decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to your response within 20 working days as outlined by the statute.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 29 January 2021. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

The Council’s Response

Hackney Council Adult Services are not able to provide a list of approved Care Providers as we do not currently have a Supported Living Framework.

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please reply to this email and this will be dealt with through our Internal Review procedure.

Your request should be submitted to us within 40 working days of receipt of this response. Any request received after this time will only be considered at the discretion of the Council.
