Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with copies of

Please would you provide me with the following information - 1. Are there areas of land owned or controlled by the local borough which have Japanese Knotweed growing upon it. 2. Please could you identify the location of any such areas of land subject to the growth of Japanese Knotweed.
The Council’s Response
Unfortunately, we do not hold the information requested regarding Japanese Knotweed growth, following a thorough search across a number of Services Areas in the Council. It has also been concluded that there is no reported log of Japanese Knotweed across Council owned properties.
Additionally, we also confirm that there is no such map showing where there is Japanese knotweed (JK) in the borough. The normal route of identifying JK, is via a localised site surveys for a particular site and no particular team or individual would place that information on a map of the borough.
