To follow up on FOI Request FOI18-0417-17074, I should like to narrow down my search. Please could you supply: the dates of any discussions held between the City Corporation, and/or the Department for Education between 1 Jan 2015 and the end of 2016 in relation to the construction of the City of London Academy Shoreditch Park and the City of London Academy Downs Park. Please also supply a copy of any site plans tendered in relation to the construction of the City of London Academy Shoreditch Park and the City of London Academy Downs Park. I hope this narrows the search. I hadn’t intended a historic search of the records. Apologies for imprecision. Yours sincerely

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request received on 30 May 2018.  Please find the response to your request below.

Please could you supply: the dates of any discussions held between the City Corporation, and/or the Department for Education between 1 Jan 2015 and the end of 2016 in relation to the construction of the City of London Academy Shoreditch Park and the City of London Academy Downs Park. 

London Borough of Hackney do not hold this information.  We suggest that you contact the two organisations above directly in relation to your query.

Please also supply a copy of any site plans tendered in relation to the construction of the City of London Academy Shoreditch Park and the City of London Academy Downs Park

Please could you clarify what is meant by "tendered".  Are you referring to what was presented to the bidders for the recent bid/tender exercise?  Also in reference to site plans, do you mean the original site layout or the proposed site layout post-build?

In reference to FOI-195. I do actually mean LB Hackney, Dfe and the City Corporation. The DFE has already confirmed that the conversations took place. When I say tendered, I mean supplied or given.
