I am writing to request a list of all subcontractors, suppliers and
consultants & telephone numbers involved in the construction of 194
Residential & 2 Commercial Units at Bridge House & Marian Court.



Please may I request this due to the freedom of information act 2000.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request received on 02 November 2018 in which you requested information regarding the sub-contractors/suppliers that have been involved on the Bridge House & Marian Court projects.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 directs local authorities to confirm whether or not requested information is held:

1.     Any person making a request for information to a public authority is entitled:

(a) to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds information of the description specified in the request; and

(b) if that is the case, to have that information communicated to him.

I am writing to confirm that the information you have requested is held by Potter Raper Partnership for Marian Court and Mulalley for Bridge House.  However, these details are regularly reported to the London Borough of Hackney and therefore we enclose a list of the active sub-contractors and suppliers used to date. In this regard we confirm that Potter Raper Partnership and Mulalley remains responsible for the sub-contractors active on these sites.   

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please respond to this email to request an Internal Review.

If you are still not satisfied following the Internal Review, you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner.
