I am requesting a list of mandatory and additional HMO licences and the associated data.
I understand you are obliged to publish this img=formation and I am surprised that it is not available via your website.
The Council’s Response
The information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Section 21 (2a) states that information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant (even if it is accessible only on payment) is exempt. This is an absolute exemption.
In this instance, the information you for the HMO register is published on the Hackney website via this link https://hackney.gov.uk/hmo.
