Clarification of Information

 

Following receipt of your enquiry for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we require further information in order to fully process your request.

You requested the following:

Can you email me an excel sheet of all the planning enforcement action you have taken the last 3 years.

Please include all live/ open cases and all closed/ resolved cases

 

In this case, please can you clarify / redefine your request as  in order to process your request we would like to know what information is sought and what do you  mean by "planning enforcement action" (for example - notices served?) Do you have any further information.

 

Please note that your request is on hold and that the 20 working days starts on receipt of clarification of your initial enquiry. If we do not hear from you  by  9 April 2019, we will determine that you no longer require the information and close this on our system.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 5 February 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

 

You requested the following:

The Council’s Response

The information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.   Section 21 (2a) states that information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant (even if it is accessible only on payment) is exempt. This is an absolute exemption.

 

In this instance, please contact the Council on telephone number 020 8356 3000 to arrange for the Enforcement Register to be inspected.  However, in order to assist, please refer to the link below containing the relevant information.

Planning enforcement action taken in the last 3 years can by searched  using  the Councils website, you can search by (proposal key word) or by Planning enforcement application number

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please write to the Information Management Team and this will be dealt with through our Internal Review procedure.
