The Council"s Response
Parking Services only hold information on the number of Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) challenges or representations that have been received. Unfortunately they do not hold information on the number of attempted challenges and representations. In addition to this, Parking Services are unaware of a system breakdown between 21st May and 21st June 2018.
