Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 14 March 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.
You requested the following:
Please provide me with a copies, or otherwise make available to me by way of spreadsheets, links to databases or otherwise, the following information namely- 1 the public
s comments on the Dalston Conversation website and 2 the public
s comments recorded at the various themed workshops and walkabouts , namely those held at Peachy Academy and held on 19.01.19, 21.02.19 and 28.01.19 and 3 reports compiled by the Council regarding the Dalston Conversation and the public responses and 4 reports provided to the Council by independent consultants concerning issues relating to the Dalston Conversation and 5 contact details of people who have agreed that the Council can share those contact details with others participating in the Dalston Conversation Please alert me separately if you send me any emails with attachments because, for technical reasons, they may not reach my attention Please treat this request as made pursuant to the provisions of section 1, Freedom of Information Act 2000, section 5 Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and Article 4 of the Aarhus Convention.
The Council’s Response
Response to Q1, 2 4 and 5:
The Commonplace platform data is open to the public. Contributions to the site can be viewed in the comments section on the top left hand corner of the landing page. https://dalstonconversation.commonplace.is/
We will publish an initial findings report shortly and a more comprehensive analysis report with a corporate response later in the year. The notes from the various events will form part of this report and will be made publicly available in due course.
The project team will issue an e-mail to those who have stated they are willing for contact details to be shared.
