Re: Freedom of Information Request.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received 15 May 2019. Your request has been considered and our response is in bold below.

 

You requested the following: 

The number of successful applications for deed of variation for amendments from "social rent" housing" to "London Affordable Rent" per unit. 

for example: "Application for deed of variation to Section 106 Agreement pursuant to planning permissions. Variation sought: amendment to affordable product from social rent to London Affordable Rent."

Could I have the number of units broken down per year over the last five years from 2014 to 2018.

Could I also have the figures so far in 2019.

Please put the information into a table.

 

The Council’s Response

In relation to your enquiry we can confirm that the London Borough of Hackney has not received any applications proposing a deed of variation to change "Social Rent" housing" to "London Affordable Rent" housing.
