Thank you for your Freedom of Information request received on 20/05/19.  For reference, the terms of your request are set out below alongside the Council"s response

Please can you provide me with information on all Unilateral Undertakings between Hackney Council and any developer awarded planning permission for sites of 9 or more dwellings that oblige the developer to provide any affordable, social rented, shared ownership or any form of Affordable housing provision to a Registered Provider (RP) from 1st November 2018 to the most recent data available.

In relation to the above questions ,The legal agreements and unilateral undertakings to secure planning obligations under Section 106 of the Act dated after 01/11/18 that require the provision of affordable housing are summarised below. The relevant documents are on the Council"s website and can be accessed using the application reference. I have provided a link below
